Learning effectiveness and results depend on many factors beyond FRA’s control, including participant engagement, organizational context, market conditions, and application of learning in the workplace.

13. Platform Use and Third-Party Services

FRA delivers its programs and Services through a combination of proprietary content and trusted third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

• iSpring Learn / iSpring Page – for hosting and delivering digital learning modules.
• Padlet – for peer collaboration and sharing.
• Chatbase – for AI-enabled feedback and coaching via the AI Accelerator Coach™.

By using FRA Services, you acknowledge that your participation may involve access to or interaction with these third-party systems, each of which maintains its own terms of service and privacy policy. FRA is not responsible for the content, security, or availability of these platforms and cannot control how such third parties collect, use, or protect your information.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law.
